Eva's work, expressed under the lens of photogra-phy, contains a powerful poetic component focused on the interpretation of landscapes. This photo acts as a focus on water and its mesmerizing movement.

This wine is an homage to the essence of Algarve.

We have meticulously pressed whole bunches of Crato Branco from our older vines and have aged it in used oak barrels for roundness and complexity.

Winemaking
From 50-year-old vines, hand-harvested into 20 kg crates. Whole-bunch pressing, followed by must hyper-oxidation with no addition of sulphur. Cold settling and subsequent fermentation. The wine is aged for 6 months, with 50% in neutral oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks, bringing together texture, depth and freshness.

Food Pairing
Ideal with regional Portuguese dishes, grilled fish and seafood, particularly shellfish.

Tasting Note
Citrus yellow in colour. On the nose, it shows a combination of fruit and floral notes. The palate is round and textured, with a certain creaminess supported by lively acidity. The finish is long and persistent, with great intensity and character.
