Journal #23 Open House - Harvest Party 2025
Food & Wine. A concert . Dancing. A night to remember
Every autumn, the vineyard calls us back to gather. For years, our Harvest Party has been a grand affair — hundreds of guests, food in abundance, music carrying us late into the night. And on October 11, it will be no different as we open our gates once more.
Tickets for music & dancing are still availale for those who want to joing the party at 9:30pm, when the Ricardo Toscano Trio takes the stage. Saxophone, double bass (Demian Cabaud) and drums (João Pereira) — a formation without a safety net, alive with freedom and intensity. Jazz that dares, that breathes, that carries us into the night.
And when the last notes fade, the celebration continues. A DJ at the decks, a wine bar open until late, and the vineyard as our backdrop. For over three decades, DJ João Gomes has been a true musical chameleon — from the pioneering grooves of Cool Hipnoise and Spaceboys to the contagious beats of Orelha Negra, and the soulful rhythms of today’s Lusophone African sounds. On stage, in the studio, or behind the decks, his passion for Black music is undeniable. His DJ sets — full of irresistible grooves and warm beats — are a celebration of this rich musical heritage and guaranteed to keep the dancefloor alive.
There will be music, there will be food, there will be wine, there will be dancing—the harvest has always been about sharing and celebration and this evening is no different.
