In this spirit, the CIRCLE brings together those who seek moments shaped not by urgency, but by flavour, landscape and quiet connection. No fees. No applications. Just a shared table, a shared season.
Alongside our regular estate experiences, tastings, and vineyard walks — which continue to welcome guests every week — we open our gates to three special gatherings over the coming months. Each one an invitation to slow down, taste with intention, and feel the estate’s story unfold.
21 November — A Touch of Vinegar: A Gastronomic Evening

An evening shaped by acidity, memory and the patience of wooden barrels.
Together with Fateixa Vinegars, we explore vinegars born from figs, grapes, citrus and the Algarve’s wild herbs — transformed slowly through the Orléans method.
A guided vinegar tasting, a cocktail moment, a seasonal dinner, the elegance of our wines.
A table set for curiosity and comfort. Seats are limited.
6 December — Christmas Movies Under the Stars

As dusk settles over the vineyard, the estate becomes cinema.
Two festive classics — A Charlie Brown Christmas and The Nightmare Before Christmas — unfold between rows of old vines, warmed by blankets, hot drinks, popcorn and the glow of the season.
Proceeds support the 21st Annual Shoebox Campaign for the Elderly — a gathering that gives as much as it receives.
10 December — Coffee & Terroir, with Al-Gharb Coffee Roasters
Morning and aftenoon sessions · €20
A different morning at Morgado do Quintão — aromatic, quiet, intentional. With Al-Gharb Coffee Roasters, guests are invited into a guided cupping of four specialty coffees, discovering the landscapes hidden inside each bean.
Taste the difference between espresso and filter, learn how aroma, temperature and slurping unlock flavour, and wander through our old vines in soft winter light. Multiple sessions will be offered; simply choose your preferred time when booking.
