Vinification: Hand-picked, in 20 kg boxes, cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Spontaneous fermentation, 23-day cuvaison, followed by aging in barrels for 18 months.

Tasting Notes: Ruby in color, the aroma presents fruit, currants and pipe tobacco. In the mouth it is elegant and long, finishing with a touch of spice and a fresh finish

Teresa Vasconcellos (1941-2017) was a Portuguese artist, university professor and Master in Fine Arts. She managed Morgado do Quintão, her family’s estate, where she took great joy in witnessing the natural cycle of the vines.
